Dinner in the Shower with Zac Hine: Pasta

This ingenious video comes courtesy of Will Seidel, who authored the Trowty-tree Quarters workout.  Zac is a Cornell alum, who competed in this year's Olympic Trials marathon.  Last year, he was the second fastest American at Boston.  Maybe we'll get a workout from him soon.
