I really admire what you guys are doing, I hope you can both achieve your goal! I'm hoping to go to med school one day and its nice knowing that it is possible to still train at a fairly high level.
Running in medical school is certainly difficult, but within the realm of possibility. If have any questions about the application process etc, feel free to contact me.
Love the videos! Easy to relate to as a first year med-student trying to get back into shape after 4 months off for an injury. First race back on friday, we will see if these college kids are any good up here in the PNW. You guys are looking good for sub 15 in the spring, working on the lactate threshold is what will get you past the threshold
You're right about your phone. High time it's fired for video purposes. It did do a pretty good job of capturing my lisp, though.
ReplyDeleteNot bad guys, had a similar workout that just came back from
ReplyDeletebest video yet, that was hilarious.. and a great workout! that new track looks nice
ReplyDeleteThanks! It was definitely one of my favorites too.

DeleteI will publicly express the hate I gave to sam - this workout makes no sense at all.
