Absolutely hilarious. Please scan that article and send it to me. People don't believe that they actually quoted me saying those things. Of all my pojo interviews that was the 1st time they directly quoted me. I really laughed my ass off watching this one.
Last note on the leg speed. Do it 1-2 times per week. 2-3 weeks in you will notice a drop in pace during your long runs at the same perceived effort, at 4-5 weeks you'll notice the same drop in pace during your tempo run/cruise interval sessions and so on. Keep it up.
