haha awesome. This workout kind of reminds me of Mr. Dalzell making the xc guys do a 150 meter spring workout 2 weeks into the track season when everyone else was still doing calisthenics. Not a single one of us escaped shin splints that season. I hope you guys can recover quickly =).

Slow the speed of the backstory in the beginning. I can barely read at all, let alone at speed.
