Stuff like this won't hurt for the marathon either as you make them longer and longer. If you're goal is to race well in June and get back into the swing of things this winter, tempos and longer intervals with stride outs and hill repeats seem like the way to go for me.
For sure. I'll be doing a lot of faster progression runs and pace work even if we don't post a video of it. This was the pace I held for my half last year. Hopefully I can bring my full marathon pace into the 6-minute range to hit something in the 2:30's.
