Episode 26: Trowty-tree Quarters


  1. I should point out that loyal blog follower Max Gazzara submitted the exact same workout for us: 20-24 x 400 @ 3k-5k w/ 45-1:00 rest. It was a good one!

  2. Looking at the list, Pete also submitted this workout as two sets of 10. Pete's rest was 1:00 for the first set and 1:30 for the second with the pace about the same as what we ended up running.
