Repeat quarters in lane 5. 45 seconds between reps, lap jog between sets. Video will be up tonight.

  1. Obviously, I lied about the video. I got it most of the way done, but by that time it was 11:30 and Natalie was yelling at me to go to sleep. I had a horrible night's sleep, by the way, thanks to bad dreams and waking up at 2:22 am feeling wide awake. Gotta wean myself off the cake diet.
