Episode 24: "Dread"

  1. Eating burritos and peppers pre-workout certainly adds a third dimension to the experience. On another note: this workout had much less "bush" then previous ones.

    Good workout, repeat 1k's are growing on me. 10x with a minute is no joke but you guys held in there nicely.

    Sam, I can no longer eat a burrito before a workout, I would have been lucky to make it past 6 before ducking in the woods with a hunk of goodness like that in my stomach (yes,,,, I speak from experience).

  5. We actually have two of them now. One on Erie and one on Marshall Street. It's awesome.

  6. If you guys remember, this was going to be my suggested workout too. 10-12 1k's with a minute rest will get you close to 15min in no time. We would do this workout twice a month in college but start at 3:20 and work our way down.. My foot injury is heeled and after I do a few weeks of base maybe I'll come out and get hurt again with you guys..
